QSROnline was founded in 2004 in Corpus Christi, Texas as an Enterprise Reporting Software Solution for restaurant operators.
Since then, the QSROnline team has grown into a complete restaurant back-office software solution and mobile app resource for thousands of restaurants nationwide, from quick service to fine dining.
Our veteran software developers, five-star customer support representatives, and seasoned restaurant professionals continue to expand on our innovations in restaurant technology.

QSROnline's Account Executive Team will get your restaurant organization set up with the software solutions that work best for you. Highly skilled in sales, onboarding and implementation, our goal is to provide software solutions that will streamline your business operations and make your restaurant(s) more profitable.
The QSROnline Implementation Team makes the magic happen. They have extensive experience in onboarding and are responsible for setting up your restaurant for success with our software solutions.
The QSROnline Help Desk Team is comprised of seasoned professionals with restaurant management experience. That experience, combined with vast knowledge of QSROnline services, creates an efficient and effective customer support experience. QSROnline offers free live phone support Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm CST, with after hours and weekend support also available. QSROnline provides free online training through the installation and onboarding process, plus a library of training videos and webinars for continued education and reference.
A big part of QSROnline’s company culture is giving back, and we encourage our employees to do the same when and if they are able to. Each year, QSROnline donates Thanksgiving and Christmas meals to families in need at our ‘adopted’ local elementary school. Several QSROnline employees, including our ownership and management team, attend these outings and help to put these packages together. QSROnline supports numerous charity and foundation events around the country in support of our customers as well, and are happy to be in the position to do this and be a part of their efforts.
