Marcella “Marcy” Cano is a Help Desk Lead and has been with QSROnline since 2013. Marcy has nearly 15 years of customer/technical support experience that has proven to be a valuable resource for QSROnline and our customers. Marcy’s primary focus is one-on-one training for QSROnline employees and customers, however, she is the first line of response for incoming support tickets as well. She hosts webinars, writes newsletters, and helps create/update customer support guides. Experience and knowledge allows her to act as an effective bridge for projects between the Client Services and Development Departments.
