No, you do not have to use all of QSROnline’s services. While the $189 pricing bundle includes all of our services, a la carte pricing options are available if you do not wish to take advantage of our entire suite of services.

Yes, there are minimal setup fees due upon signup. The average setup fee per store is around $200, but fees can vary based on number of stores and integrations.

From the time you sign your proposal, you can typically begin viewing your sales and labor data, analyzing reports, and using the Scheduler in one week or less.

Food Cost setup is typically longer, averaging 3-4 weeks. Because the Food Cost module is so feature rich, encompassing recipe creation, inventory lists, and vendor setup, it takes longer to setup and utilize than our other services.

Absolutely not! You are never locked into a long term contract. You pay monthly and can cancel anytime with $0 cancellation fees. We have to earn your business every month!

QSROnline collects your sales labor, and product mix data electronically from your POS system using the QSROnline Send Program. Your data is pulled daily and is visible within QSROnline any time.

Even if QSROnline doesn’t integrate with your POS system, we can still help you. Sales and labor data can be manually imported into QSROnline, if necessary. We are building new POS integrations every day, so if you don’t see your POS system listed on our Partners page, give us a call.
